Mei grew up in The South China Sea to a loving family, there was peace and harmony among all sea life. Things were nice. But there was always a threat that loomed over the mermaids, humans. Humans for centuries had hunted mermaids for decoration, medicines and for fun. Mei loved her family so much and feared losing them. It was when she was 17 that she took her mothers prized charm, a necklace that gave her the appearance of a human and she left her home to research humans and figure out why they hunted her kind. She visited home often but at age 20 she returned for good when a human had killed her uncle. They had to retreat to deeper waters but things were still so unsafe. Humans still hunted and killed mermaids from all around the world, no one was safe. Mei is very soft spoken though she isn’t too terribly shy. After her uncles death she grew angry at the humans and demanded revenge. At age 23 she returned to the human world and was scouted to be a model for her beautiful features and grace. She took this as a chance to get deep in the human world. Now she lives in the human world studying them and figuring out why they were “superior” she would study their books and learn why they hunted her kind.

Earth grew up as a normal Thai boy, he was happy and life was good. It was when he was about 10 that things went south, he realized something that changed his life. He realized he was gay, he tried to not let it bother him and kept it secret for as long as he could. Around 12 he got into dancing, met a cute boy, and got into his first gay relationship. It was a year after being in the relationship his parents found out. This didn’t end well he was kicked out of the house and was forced to stay with a friend. When he got into camming the attention from men along with the money he earned from it really made it worth it. He earned enough to keep his apartment and pursue his dancing. Ryo is a sweet person once he opens up, he seems cold but he often just uses that to protect himself. He's dealt with a lot of abuse in his life and doesn't talk about it much.
He got into crime after his father got into a lot of debt from a gambling problem that came about after Ryo's mother died, he was young when she died. After many years of gambling, the debt got so bad and Ryo had to do something. Ryo now lives comfortably but deals with a lot of mental health and substance abuse problems. With his DID being a big problem in his life, he is often able to keep the alters in check it can become harder to keep them under control if he is overtired, far too drunk, or in a very bad mental state.
Ryo may seem like a difficult person but give him a chance, not all is as it seems and you may be surprised. Even with many others within him, you can find so much to love and enjoy about this unique boy.
